My favorite time of year has to be fall. But since living in Houston, I’ve found most of the nostalgic fall activities that I grew up with just aren’t a thing in the south. Apple orchards are non-existent, pumpkin patches are hard to find, and I have not found one single pile of crunchy leaves to jump in with the kids. But we’ve made the most with what we have: we still carve pumpkins, we wear our Halloween costumes without worrying about covering up with a jacket (bonus!), and enjoy the cooler temps (even if it is still 70 degrees).
One of my first crafts of the season was this easy Kraft Paper bucket list scroll. I found Kraft Paper rolls at the dollar store and used my calligraphy skills to write out our bucket list for the fall season in black sharpie. It was such an easy project and not to mention CHEAP! Don’t worry if you still need to perfect your calligraphy skills, as practice makes perfect!
I loved using it as a table runner for my fall tablescape! The possibilities are endless.
I hope you checked everything off your fall bucket list for the year, I know we did!
